At Ooni USA, we want you to be completely satisfied with your outdoor cooking experience. If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return your items within 60 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process and select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, we will provide a prepaid shipping label via email for you to print and attach to your return package.
Pack Your Oven
Ensure all products are in their original packaging with all components included; secure the box carefully to prevent damage during transit.
Drop Off and Refund
Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method.
